Incident Report Description

Five mobile teams are working on the target place each have one lady health visitor(LHV),two Health Promoters (1Female,1Male). Also one permanent government LHV is working along with team at the target place.

The basic purpose of the mobile team is to educate the community on hygiene promotion and nutrition awareness and also facilitate them with possible resources(screening,food supplements,advices etc.)
